It is very hard to believe a vision of one has impacted so many.  We are truly thankful to Orange City and the surrounding communities for supporting the love that birthed this vision. “Unity of the Community” we are our brothers and sisters keeper … we are our brothers and sisters…we are the community!

Friday, February 28, 2014 –movie in the park featuring “Red Tails” the movie is a fictionalized portrayal of the Tuskegee Airmen, a group of African American Airmen during the World War. Today we are honored to have a monument located at the Orlando Science Center to recognize their great accomplishment. Can you imagine six of the original Black Military (Tuskegee Airmen) living between Central and South Florida.  Let’s show your support by attending the Movie in the Park- “Red Tails” – Remember the movie starts at dusk.

Enjoy a full day of fun and excitement on Saturday, March 1, 2014 we have planned “Spark the Heart” - 5K walk/run, battle of the bands, bake-off with delicious sweet potato pies, food and craft vendors, live entertainment, checkers and domino tournament and much, much more!
The African American Heritage Committee hopes we have addressed the needs of the community.  “Unity in our Community! We are your brothers and sisters… we are the community!
